The surfaces to be applied must be clean; oil, dirt, loose parts, cement slurry on concrete surfaces and parts that prevent adhesion must be removed.
Components A and B should be mixed for at least 3-4 minutes with the help of a low speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, paying attention to the mixing ratios.

The prepared EPX 927 mixture should be applied to the surface and its thickness should be adjusted with a notched steel trowel. The tooth size of the trowel should be determined according to the ceramic size and the smoothness of the ground. To ensure good adhesion, force should be applied with the help of a rubber hammer.
- Surfaces must have sufficient strength. Concrete must have a minimum pressure resistance of 25 N/mm² and a tensile strength of at least 1.5-2 N/mm².
- The surface must be clean, smooth, dry and the humidity rate should not exceed 5%. If the humidity is above this, a damp surface epoxy primer used on damp surfaces should be used.
- Application should be avoided below 10°C and in very humid environments.
- Mixing ratios should be taken into consideration.
- It can be walked on after approximately 12 hours at 20°C.

It should be stored in its unopened original packaging at temperatures between +5°C - +35°C. The product should be protected from direct sunlight.
