Care should be taken to ensure that the application surface is solid, dry, supporting, dust-free and clean, as well as level. The surface must be thoroughly cleaned from any oil, grease, rust and paraffin residues that will reduce adherence. There should be no loose particles on the surface. Imperfections on the application surface should be corrected with eile TH 60 or eile TH 70 repair mortars. If the application surface or ambient temperature is above +25°C; The application surface should be wetted and waited until there is no free water left on the surface.
Pour the appropriate amount of water into a clean mixing bowl using a scale. POMEX FAST-CURING CERAMIC ADHESIVE is slowly added into this container. A homogeneous consistency is achieved by mixing the material with a low-speed mixer for 3 - 5 minutes. The prepared mortar should be left to rest for 3 minutes to mature, and the application should be started by mixing again for 20-30 seconds.

POMEX FAST-SETTING CERAMIC ADHESIVE, which is ready for application, should be applied to the application surface with a thickness of 1 mm with the flat part of the trowel. It should be pulled in one direction with the toothed side of the trowel selected in accordance with the size of the coating material to obtain a uniform thickness. To ensure good adhesion, force should be applied to the coating material with the help of a rubber hammer to ensure that it completely contacts the adhesive mortar. The application is completed by leaving the recommended joint gap according to the appropriate ceramic or tile size. Eile POMEX Joint Filler products should be preferred to fill the left joint gaps. Joint application can be started after 6 hours.
- In the application of POMEX FAST-CURING CERAMIC ADHESIVE, appropriate temperatures should be waited if the ambient and surface temperature is below +5°C or above +35°C. Application should not be made in extremely hot, rainy or windy weather.
- A proper moisture level is required to increase the performance of the adhesive mortar.
- Ceramics with high water absorption should be saturated with water before application.
- Water and new materials should never be added to the POMEX FAST-SETTING CERAMIC ADHESIVE mixture that has started to dry.
- On very porous surfaces, ceramic application should be started after priming the surface with eile ASTAR E product.
- The application should be started after impermeable and shiny surfaces are primed with eile TU 05 or eile TU O6 product.
- Joint gaps wider than 6 mm should be filled with pomex rusik joint joint.
