features of product
- Easy to prepare and apply.
- Processing time is long.
- It has high elasticity.
- It has high adhesion properties.

Care should be taken to ensure that the application surface is solid, dry, supporting, dust-free and clean, as well as level. Any residue that will reduce adherence should be thoroughly cleaned, and there should be no loose parts on the surface. Damaged surfaces should be repaired two days before with eile TH 60 or eile TH 70 repair mortars. Porous surfaces should be wetted and waited until the water layer disappears, leaving the surface moist.
6 liters or 7.5 liters of water is poured into the clean mixing bowl with the help of a scale. Pomex pool adhesive mortar is added slowly. It is mixed with a low-speed mixer for 3-5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. After resting for 5 minutes The material is mixed again for 20-30 seconds and is ready for use. The notched trowel to be used is determined by the size of the coating material to be applied and the smoothness of the ground to be applied.
Karışım Oranı: For 25 kg powder: 6-7.5 liters of water -- For 1 kg powder product: 0.240-0.300
Pomex pool adhesive mortar is applied to the application surface in a thickness of 1 mm with the flat side of the steel trowel. Pomex pool adhesive mortar is applied in one direction to the area that can be coated in approximately 30 minutes with the toothed part of the trowel to the appropriate thickness. The surface is made ready for ceramic or granite coating. The application is completed. The open-holding time of the mortar on the surface is checked at regular intervals. During the open-holding time control, the applied Pomex pool adhesive mortar is lightly pressed with a finger. If the adhesive smears on the fingers, the ceramic or granite application continues. Otherwise, the working time of the adhesive product has expired. The mortar must be scraped and replaced with new mortar. The working time, which is 30 minutes at 23 0C and 50% relative humidity, varies depending on temperature, humidity and application surface. In interior floor applications, flooring materials other than ceramics and tiles (granite ceramics, glazed porcelain, etc.) .) size is 500 cm2, if it is 1100 cm2 or larger for coatings such as ceramics and tiles, in interior and wall applications: the size of flooring materials other than ceramics and tiles (granite ceramics, glazed porcelain, etc.) is 120 cm2; ceramics, tiles etc. For ceramics of 500 cm2 or larger, for outdoor floor and wall applications; The application should be done on both sides. POMEX FLEX JOINT FILLER and POMEX POOL FUGA products should be used to fill the left joint gaps. Joint application can be started after 24 hours.
- If the ambient and surface temperature of Pomex pool adhesive mortar is below +5°C or above +35°C, appropriate temperatures should be waited. It should not be applied in extremely hot, rainy or windy weather.
- A proper moisture level is required to increase the performance of the adhesive mortar.
- It is not applied on metal surfaces and industrial areas.
- Ceramics with high water absorption should be saturated with water before application.
- Water and new material should not be added to mortar that has started to dry.
- On very porous surfaces, ceramic application should be started after priming the surface with eile ASTAR E product.
- Slippery and shiny surfaces should be applied after priming with eile TU 05 or eile TU O6 product.
- The joint application can be started after 24 hours on the wall and after 48 hours on the floor.
- Joint gaps wider than 6 mm should be filled with POMEX RUSİK FUGA.
- Direct contact of the bonded ceramic with water should be prevented for at least 24 hours.
