Otherwise, the working time of the adhesive product has expired. The mortar must be scraped and replaced with new mortar. The working time, which is 30 minutes at 23 0C and 50% relative humidity, varies depending on temperature, humidity and application surface. - A proper moisture level is required to increase the performance of the adhesive mortar.
- It is not applied on metal surfaces and industrial areas.
- Ceramics with high water absorption should be saturated with water before application.
- Water and new material should not be added to mortar that has started to dry.
- On very porous surfaces, ceramic application should be started after priming the surface with eile ASTAR E product.
- Slippery and shiny surfaces should be applied after priming with eile TU 05 or eile TU O6 product.
- The joint application can be started after 24 hours on the wall and after 48 hours on the floor.
- Joint gaps wider than 6 mm should be filled with POMEX RUSİK FUGA.
- Direct contact of the bonded ceramic with water should be prevented for at least 24 hours.
