Care must be taken to ensure that the application surface is intact, dry, carrier, dust-free and clean, as well as inside its scale. The surface must be thoroughly cleaned from any oil, grease, rust and paraffin residues that will reduce adherence. Surface defects to be applied must be repaired with eile TH 60 or eile TH 70 repair mortars. Uneven surfaces must be corrected with eile LEVEL leveling screed product.
Eile PMA 100 product must be mixed before use. Ready to apply consistency eile PMA 100 adhesive mortar is poured on the floor and spread on the surface using a notched trowel. After 15-20 minutes, the coating material is adhered to the floor and the parts that do not contact the adhesive are adhered by pressing the coating material and air gaps are removed.
- Optimal ambient temperature for application is 10-30°C.
- While drying time of eile PMA 100 is extended at low temperatures and high humidity environments, the drying time of the adhesive is shortened in high temperature and low humidity environment.
- In floors with floor heating, the heating system must be operated 10 days before the coating and closed during the coating.
