it is a TPE based insulation band that is flexible in every direction and can be used far insulation of dilation, grouts and crack that occur due to various reasons. eile FC 805 creates a perfect insulation, once it is set with eile EPX 100 or eile EPX 50 epoxy cement on the cracks and grouts.

FC 805 uygulama

The application surface should be clean and dry. The loose pieces should be removed mechanically or with air method, so the adherence is not weakened.

eile EPX 100 or eile EPX 50, which are the adhesives of the eile FC 805 band, is a two­component material. Mix the components with a low speed mixer far 3-4 minutes until you get a soft consistency. Make sure the mixture ratio is A:3 - 8:1. High temperatures decrease the working time of the material, so determine the material amount considering the temperature during the application.

Apply the prepared eile EPX 100 or eile EPX 50 adequately on the lateral surface where the eile FC 805 band will be applied. Place eile FC 805 band on the crack assuming it as the center. Push the band against the surface until material starts to come aut of holes of the band. Again apply the material but make sure the center part of the band does not contact with eile EPX 100 or eile EPX 50. The application is finished.

    Produced in 25 m long rollers.
