The application surface must be dry and clean. Concrete and mold residues must be cleaned mechanically, oil, grease, fuel and paraffin waste must be cleaned using chemical solvents. The surfaces to be applied must not have roughness, pits and cracks. If necessary, the floor must be reworked with grinding machines or diamond-tipped machines.After these processes, the surface should be cleaned of dust with industrial vacuum tools. The prepared surface should be primed with a suitable primer. On very absorbent concrete surfaces, 2 coats of primer may be required, with an average adhesion of 1.5 N/mm2 and a compressive strength of minimum 25 N. /mm2. During application, care must be taken to ensure that the ground temperature is above + C. The application thickness must be at least 1.5 mm. It is important to check that the material is applied in equal amounts on all sides and that the thickness is measured at certain intervals to ensure the most ideal application. Weak points should be reviewed and all operations such as fine applications and repairs should be completed within 4 hours. Care should be taken to protect the applied surfaces [such as water, dew, dust) for at least 24 hours.Coating it with a single-layer aliphatic-based polyurethane topcoat gives excellent results in places that will be constantly exposed to UV.
