The surfaces to be applied must be dry and clean. Concrete and mold residues must be cleaned mechanically; oil, grease, fuel and paraffin wastes must be cleaned using chemical solvents. The surfaces to be applied must not have roughness, pits and cracks. Such damaged and unstable surfaces must be treated with suitable products.If necessary, the floor should be reworked with grinding machines or diamond-tipped machines. After these operations, the surface should be cleaned of dust with industrial vacuum tools. The prepared surface should be primed with a suitable primer. On very absorbent concrete surfaces, 2 coats of primer may be required. The surface adhesion should be 1.5 N/mm2 on average and the compressive strength should be minimum 25 N/mm2. During the application, the ground temperature should be above + C and the application thickness should be minimum 1.5 mm on all sides. It is important to check that it is applied in equal amounts and that the thickness is measured at certain intervals to ensure the most ideal application. Weak points should be reviewed and all operations such as fine applications and repairs should be completed within 4 hours. Care should be taken to protect the applied surfaces [such as water, dew, dust) for at least 24 hours. In places that will be constantly exposed to UV, covering it with a single layer aliphatic-based polyurethane topcoat gives excellent results.
