The application area must be solid. The surface must have a compressive strength of 25N/mm² and at least 1.5N/mm² for adhesion testing. Loose, dismantled or moving concrete particles on the surface, oil and paint residues, cement grout residues should be removed from factors that will affect adhesion performance. In addition, the surfaces to be applied should be roughened and wiped with appropriate tools and machines. The polished surfaces must be completely cleaned of dust with industrial machines. Dust remaining in the surface pores may affect product performance and cause holes in the coating.

The surface to be applied; It should be primed with eile PUR 710, eile EPX 260, eile EPX 021 or eile PUR 712 K, depending on the surface condition. It should be mixed well before use, poured onto the primed surface and spread with a roller or brush until the entire surface is covered. After 6-24 hours, another coat of eile PUR 042 should be applied. If desired, a third coat of Eile PUR 042 can be applied. Application should be made on a flat surface under suitable conditions with a roller and airless spray.

The material should be protected from moisture and sunlight. Storage temperature should be between 5°C and 30°C.
