The surface to be applied should be cleaned of dust, oil and loose parts that will reduce adherence. Defects on the surface should be repaired with Eile TH 60 or Eile TH 70. Edges and corners should be chamfered with Eile TH 70, or it is preferred to use Eile PB 12 after the primer application on the edges and corners. Before application, the surface should be primed with eile ASTAR E product, depending on absorbency.
The 25 kg package is slowly added to 7-8 L of clean water and mixed with a low-speed mixer until it becomes homogeneous. If application will be made with a trowel, the water rate should be reduced to 5-6 L. After the prepared homogeneous mixture is rested for 4-5 minutes Then, before starting the application, it is mixed for 1-2 more minutes and applied.

Application with a brush should be done in 2 layers. These layers should form a right angle to each other. A total application thickness of 3 mm should be ensured. In trowel applications, this thickness can be achieved in one go.
- The mortar prepared for application should be consumed within 30 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on the temperature.
- You should wait at least 7 days before applying ceramic on it.
- Surfaces on which POMEX T SEAL has been applied should be covered with a protective coating material such as ceramic or screed.
- The concrete floor on which the application will be made must be at least 28 days old.
- It should be covered in applications exposed to direct sunlight.

It should be stored in its unopened original packaging at a temperature between +5 °C - +30 °C. The product should be protected from direct sunlight and frost.
