The surface to be applied must be cleaned of dust, oil and loose parts that will reduce adherence. Defects on the surface must be repaired with Eile TH 60 or Eile TH 70. Edges and corners must be chamfered with Eile TH 70. Before application, the surface must be wetted with clean water and wait until there is no water layer on the ground.Necessary precautions should be taken for adverse weather conditions.

Priming: POMEX BİTÜLAST is diluted with water at a ratio of 1:1 by weight and applied to the surface as a primer. The primer is applied to the concrete surface with a brush to ensure homogeneous distribution. The primer is waited to dry for the first layer application. Application by brush: The material will be 0.090 kg/m² by brush. spreads over the surface.
- If the surface and ambient temperature on which POMEX BİTÜLAST will be applied is below +5 °C or above +30 °C, appropriate temperatures should be waited for the application.
- Surfaces on which POMEX BİTÜLAST has been applied should be protected from sun, snow, hail and rain for the first 24 hours.
- It should not be applied on surfaces that are frozen, melting or in danger of freezing.
- The concrete surface to be applied must be 28 days old.
- It should be applied to the surfaces of the structure or building elements in contact with water.
