Remove any dust, oil and loose pieces from the surface as they may weaken the adherence. Fix the imperfections on the surface with eile TH 60 or eile TH 70. The corners and the edges should be chamfered with the product eile TH 70. Befare the application, wet the surface with clean water and wait until the water layers disappear. Take necessary precautions far bad weather conditions.
Take 1 kg of eile MET ZZK 40 and mix it with 6-7 liters of water by using a low speed mixer far 3-5 minutes. Apply the mixed primer homogenously with a brush on the concrete surface. Wait far the primer to dry befare applying the first layer of the material.

The material is spread on the surface with a brush at a rate of 1.2-1.3 kg/m² per m². In application with a trowel, the first layer is applied with a 3 mm toothed trowel. After the material has cured; with a brush or flat trowel; in a direction perpendicular to the application of the first layer. The second layer is applied by spraying, using high viscosity spraying equipment with a feed pressure of 4 bar and a spray pressure of 2.5 bar. It is applied in two layers, with 1.2 kg per layer, waiting for drying between layers. Equal thickness of material should be spread on the applied surface for each layer.
- Wait the proper temperature values if the temperature of application surface and setting of eile MET ZZK 40 is not between +5 °C and +30 °C.
- Protect the application surface of eile MET ZZK 40 from frost, sun, hail and rain far 24 hours after the application.
- Make sure the first layer is dry, befare applying the second layer.
- Do not apply on wet and damp surfaces.
- Do not apply on surfaces which are frozen, melting or under the risk of frost.
- The concrete surface of application should be at least 28 days old.
- it is not UV resistant so the applications exposed to sun should be coated with the proper material.
- Apply on the surfaces of the structure or the structure elements that are in contact with water.
