The application surface must be solid and clean of substances that will reduce adherence. The application surface must be moistened and saturated with water on hot and windy days.
POMEX MACHINE PLASTER; It should be mixed with a plastering machine at the rate of 40 kg bag / 7.2-8.8 liters of water.

The mixture is ready for use; It is applied by machine to a previously saturated or primed surface with a thickness not exceeding 2 cm. If a thicker application is to be made, the second layer is applied after the first layer has set. The surface must be leveled after application. After this process, when the plaster hardens sufficiently, the plaster surface is trifilled and the surface is finished with a damp sponge.
- In POMEX MACHINE PLASTER application, appropriate temperatures should be waited if the ambient temperature is below +5°C or above +30°C. Application should not be made in extremely hot, rainy or windy weather.
- Application thickness should be maximum 2 cm at a time. For thicker applications, 2 layers should be applied.
- Water and new materials should never be added to the mixture that has started to dry.
