The application surface must be solid and clean of substances that will reduce adherence. The application surface must be moistened and saturated with water on hot and windy days.
Appropriate amount of water is taken into the mixing bucket and 25 kg of eile POMEX THICK PLASTER is slowly added onto it. It is mixed with the help of a low speed mixer for 3-5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixture is left to mature in the mixture bucket for 5 minutes. Then, the material is mixed again for 20-30 seconds and is ready for application.

The mixture is ready for use; It is applied with a trowel to a previously saturated or primed surface with a thickness not exceeding 2-3 cm. Since it is cement based, it should be cured with water in hot weather.
- In POMEX THICK PLASTER application, appropriate temperatures should be waited if the ambient temperature is below +5°C or above +30°C. Application should not be made in extremely hot, rainy or windy weather.
- Application thickness should be 1-2 cm. For thicker applications, 2 layers should be applied.
- Water and new materials should never be added to the mixture that has started to dry.
- After applying Eile TU 05 to very porous concrete surfaces, POMEX THICK PLASTER should be applied.
