Absorbent surfaces such as Aerated Concrete and ytong are primed with eile PRIMER E. If it will be used as ceiling plaster, bright concrete surfaces must be primed with eile TU-05 or eile TU-06.
The appropriate amount of water is poured into the clean mixing bowl using a scale. GBS 5000 is added slowly and mixed with a low-speed mixer for 3 - 5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. After resting and mixing again for 20-30 seconds, the material is ready for use.

After mixing, the first coat is applied. After the first coat dries, the second coat is applied. When the second layer has absorbed itself, the surface is wetted with a brush and polished with a steel trowel. If these procedures are carried out, there is no need to apply satin plaster, or correction can be made with a sponge or tyrant after the second coat. Since it is cement based, it should be cured with water in hot weather.
- In GBS 5000 application, appropriate temperatures should be waited if the ambient temperature is below 5°C or above +30° C. Additionally, application should not be made in extremely hot, rainy or windy weather.
- GBS 5000 application thickness should not exceed 4 mm.
- Water and new materials should never be added to the GBS 5000 mixture that has started to dry in the container.
