It is a single component, water based, Silane/Siloxan based, water repellent emulsion.

The application ground must be free from dust, oil and loose parts that will reduce adherence. Surface defects must be repaired by using eile BRICKDUST MORTAR on lime based surfaces and eile TH 60 veya eile TH 70 on cement based surfaces.
It should be applied with a brush, roller or spray gun until the surface is saturated. Care should be taken not to let the material flow over the surface. On highly absorbent surfaces, the second layer can be applied after the first layer dried.
- It should not be applied on substrates which have the risk of rain and frost within 24 hours.
- The applied material should be protected from rain and frost events for the first 24 hours.
- After applying the first coat, the second coat should not be applied without making sure that the coat is completely dry.
- If the surface and ambient temperature to which eile SEAL SB will be applied is below +5°C or above +30°C, for application; it must be waited for the appropriate temperatures.
- eile SEAL SB is not applied to wet surfaces.
