The application surface should be cleaned from dust, oil and loose parts which may reduce adherence. If there is water on the surface, it should be drained or closed with a plug. For cracks of 1-5 mm: According to the crack width, depth and ambient conditions, holes are drilled on both sides of the crack (~30 - 50 cm) with appropriate spaces. These holes should be drilled to pass crack surface and they should be drilled to make an angle of 45° with the crack surface. The holes are cleaned with air and dust and free parts should be removed and plastic packers should be inserted and fixed in it. After all packers are inserted, Pomex horasan plaster is applied around packers and over crack and provides sealing. Depending on the ambient and weather conditions, pomex lime injection should be applied by an injection pump after 24 hours at least. For cracks more than 5 mm: According to the crack width, depth and ambient conditions, pneumatic pipes should be inserted on both sides of the crack surface with appropriate spaces ( ~75 -100 cm ). The holes are cleaned with air and dust and free parts should be removed. After all pipes are inserted, Pomex Horasan Plaster is applied around pipes and over cracks and provides sealing. Depending on the ambient and weather conditions, pomex lime injection should be applied by an injection pump after 24 hours at least.
12 kg POMEX LIME INJECTION; 4,5-5 liters of water is added into slowly. It’s mixed with at low speed mechanical mixer until a homogenous appearance is provided. The material is allowed to stand for 5-10 minutes. Then it’s mixed for 30 seconds again and it’s ready to use.

The mortar is injected into cracks with appropriate equipment.
- If the temperature of application surface and application ambient is lower than +5˚C or over +35˚C, no application should be done.
- No application is done in frozen, melting and very windy ambient.
- The mixture must be prepared with a mixer.
- The application should be done by expert persons.
