The surfaces should have sufficient strength. Concrete should have 25 N/ mm² compressive strength and 1,5 N/mm² tensile strength. The surface should be clean, smooth and dry and not exceed 5% moisture, free parts on the surface should be cleaned and concrete age should be 4 weeks at least. Avoid under 10°C temperatures and very humid ambient. Pay attentions to mixture rates.
Cracks on horizontal floorings: Apply it on the surface a few times with a brush by letting absorb or pour the mixture and fill it. The cracks seen under the flooring should be filled with eile EPX 100 veya eile POWER WT 1 previously. Cracks on vertical floorings: Mixed eile EPX 120 can be injected with a binary component injection pump. Injection points (Packers) are inserted with 10-25 cm spaces near cracks and crack surface between injection points is filled with eile EPX 100 epoxy based repair mortar in order to prevent resin to go out during injection procedure. For vertical cracks, injection procedure should be done from bottom to top. After grout resin gets out from the next packer, the grout packer is closed and continued to do this procedure. After injection procedure is completed, injection points (packers) and the material filling cracks between them are removed.

It should be stored in unopened original package between +5°C and +35°C. It should be protected from direct sunlight and frost.
