Cement-based surfaces that need to be repaired must be load-bearing, solid, dust-free and clean. Any oil, grease and paraffin residue that may weaken adherence must be cleaned. Reinforcement rust should be eliminated and new reinforcement should be added if necessary. If there is water flow on the surface, it should be closed with a plug. The surface must be saturated with water and there should be no free water left on the ground during application.
The recommended amount of water is poured into a clean mixing bucket. The material is slowly added to the mixing bucket. Mix with a low speed mixer for approximately 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Let it rest for approximately 4 minutes; Then, the material is ready for use by mixing again for about 30 seconds.

The ready-to-use mixture is applied to the surface with a trowel in a single layer, with a thickness between 10 mm and 30 mm. In thicker applications, after the first layer dries, the second layer is applied to the surface in the same way. To obtain surface smoothness, after the mortar has absorbed its water, water is sprinkled on the mortar surface with a plasterer's brush and the surface is completed with a steel trowel.
- Eile TH 70 should be consumed within 30 minutes at 20 °C.
- Since the applied ground and ambient temperature will affect the hydration reaction of the cement, the ambient and ground temperature should be within the allowed temperature range.
- For applications thicker than 30 mm, the second coat should be applied after the first coat has dried.
