Steel Surfaces: Steel surfaces; It must be cleaned from any oil, grease and rust residue that will reduce adherence. A suitable surface must be obtained by sandblasting. If the surface is oily or greasy, degreasers should be used. Concrete surfaces: Cement-based surfaces to be repaired must be solid, load-bearing, dust-free and clean. Any oil, rust and paraffin residue that may weaken adherence must be removed. The application surface must be saturated with water, but; Care should be taken to ensure that no free water remains on the ground during application.
The appropriate amount of mixing water is poured into the clean mixing bucket. The material is slowly added to the mixing bucket. Mix with a low speed mixer for approximately 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Let it rest for approximately 4 minutes. The material is then mixed again for about 30 seconds and is ready for use.

As Corrosion Inhibitor: Eile SNS 804 is applied with a brush to cover the reinforcement surface. The application should create a thickness of approximately 2 mm in 2 layers. After the first coat dries (approximately 3-4 hours), the second coat should be applied. The concrete surface and reinforcement are covered with repair mortar approximately 30 minutes - 1 hour after the second layer dries completely.
- Eile SNS 804 should be consumed within 45 minutes at 20 °C.
- Since the applied ground and ambient temperature will affect the hydration reaction of the cement, the ambient and ground temperature should be within the allowed temperature range.
- The material should not be applied on surfaces that are frozen, melting or in danger of rain or frost within 24 hours.
