eile GROUT 100 C

areas of usage
- It is used to securely connect wind turbine towers subjected to dynamic loads to concrete foundations.
features of product
- Can be pumped.
- It gains strength quickly.
- It has high fluidity properties.

- It doesn't shrink.

Care should be taken to ensure that cement-based surfaces are solid, dust-free, load-bearing and clean. Any residue such as oil, grease and paraffin that may weaken adherence must be removed. The bolt holes must be clean of any dirt or debris. The surface must be saturated with water and there must be no free water remaining during application. The mold must be leak-proof.
To get the best results, a mechanically operated mortar mixer should be used. Place the amount of water specified in the mixing ratio into the mixer and slowly add eile GROUT 100 C. Mix continuously for 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
Karışım Oranı: For 25 kg bag: 3.375-3.625 lt water -- For 1 kg powder product: 0.135-0.145 lt water -- Mix density: 2.0-2.2 gr/cm³
Ready-to-use material can be poured onto the surface up to a thickness of 150 mm. To eliminate air fronts, pouring from one side is sufficient.
- In areas open to the atmosphere, especially in hot, dry or windy environments, it should be protected against rapid evaporation with special curing materials for 24-48 hours.
- Since the applied ground and ambient temperature will affect the hydration reaction of the cement, the ambient and ground temperature should be within the allowed temperature range.
- No foreign material should be added to the prepared mixture.
- A vibrator should not be used when placing the material.
- The application should be made with a minimum thickness of 10 mm and a maximum of 150 mm. In thicker applications, clean aggregate should be added to the grout mortar and applied in a single layer.
25 kg kraft bag
It should be stored in its unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment, stacked in maximum 10 layers.
