The application surface is cleaned from dust, oil, paint and stains. The loose parts are removed mechanically until getting the solid ground. The absorbent and slippery surfaces should be primed with eile TU-05. The strips that would determine the thickness of applied POMEX THERMOMEX PLASTER are fixed on the walls with the proper intervals to form plaster strips.
In order to get the best performance and the homogeneity of POMEX THERMOMEX PLASTER, the package is used at once. The whole package of POMEX THERMOMEX PLASTER is slowly added into water at a ratio of 1:1. It is mixed with a low speed mixer for 4 - 5 minutes until obtaining a homogenous mixture. The mixture waits for 5 minutes in the mixing bowl and mixed again for 30 seconds to get it ready for use.

The homogeneous mixture is applied as a single layer among the bars using a steel trowel or plaster pump; and then is coated. When the pre-draining is over, the plaster strips are removed and filled with POMEX THERMOMEX PLASTER. If the product starts to set due to delays, it should be mixed for a few minutes.
- For POMEX THERMOMEX PLASTER application, if the ambient temperature is below +5°C or above +30°C, the suitable conditions should be met. Extremely hot, rainy or windy weather is not suitable for application.
- The mixture starting to dry should not be mixed with water and new material.
- The material should not be applied thicker than 3 cm. If necessary, the second layer is applied using a plaster mesh.
- The applications to be made on POMEX THERMOMEX PLASTER should start at least 3 days later. The POMEX THERMOMEX PLASTER surface must be watered once in 24 hours interval or should be coated with eile PRIMER E 1 day after the application.
- For the applications on exposed concrete surface, the application floor must be primed with TU-05 or TU-06 to increase the adherence of plaster mortar to the surface.
- POMEX THERMOMEX PLASTER should be applied on very porous surfaces after eile COAT E application.
