The application boards should be dry, clean and strongly adhered to the surface.
A clean mixing bowl is filled with the necessary amount of water by means of a scale. Then, POMEX THERMAL JACKETING PLASTER is slowly added Then, POMEX THIN PLASTER is slowly added. It is mixed with a low speed mixer for 3 - 5 minutes until obtaining a homogenous mixture. The mixture waits for 5 minutes and mixed again for 20-30 seconds to get it ready for use.

Thermal insulation boards; It is adhered with POMEX iSi THERESTING BOARD ADHESIVE or eile PLY 21 DO. A layer of plaster mortar is applied on the boards. Then the plaster mesh is embedded into the first layer. Then the second layer of plaster is applied. If the plaster surface is preferred, it can be smoothed with a wet sponge. After the sheathing board plaster has cured, any coating material in the preferred color and appearance can be applied.
- For POMEX THERMAL JACKETING PLASTER application, if the ambient temperature is below +5°C or above +30°C, the suitable conditions should be met. Extremely hot, rainy or windy weather is not suitable for application.
- The material should not be applied thicker than 3 or 4 mm.
- The crustated material in the bowl should not be mixed with water and new material.
- It should not be applied on the surfaces which are frozen, melting or under the risk of frost within 24 hours.
- The prepared mixture should be used at 20°C within 120 minutes.
