- It is used for plastering the surfaces of extruded and expanded polystyrene, rock wool, glass wool, and similar panels used for exterior thermal insulation in buildings.

The surfaces of the panels to be applied must be securely adhered, dry, and clean.
The appropriate amount of water is poured into a clean mixing container using a measuring cup. eile PLS 2000 is slowly added. It is mixed with a low-speed mixer for 3 - 5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. After resting for 5-10 minutes, the material is ready for use after being mixed again for 20-30 seconds.

Thermal insulation panels are adhered using POMEX Thermal Insulation Board Adhesive or eile PLY 2100. A layer of plaster mortar is then applied over the panels. Next, a mesh is embedded into the first layer of plaster. Afterward, a second layer of plaster is applied. If a smooth surface is desired, it can be smoothed with a wet sponge. eile PLS 2000 has cured, any desired coating material can be applied in the preferred color and appearance.
- During the application of eile PLS 2000, suitable temperatures should be maintained, ideally between +5°C and +30°C.
- Avoid application in extreme heat, rainy, or windy conditions.
- The application thickness should be between 3mm and 4mm.
- Do not add water or new material to the mixture that has developed a crust inside the container.
- Avoid application on surfaces that are frozen, thawing, or at risk of freezing within 24 hours.
- The prepared mixture should be used within 120 minutes at 20°C.
