The width of the joints where eile PSM 700 will be used should be between 10 mm and 200 mm. The joint depth should be approximately half the width. For concrete and stone surfaces, make sure that the inner and outer surfaces of the expansion joints are dry, load-bearing, dust-free, clean and smooth at the same time. For steel surfaces, the expansion joints should be thoroughly cleaned of all types of oil, grease and rust residues that weaken adhesion and sandblasted to obtain a suitable surface. In cases where sandblasting is not possible, cleaning should be carried out with an air blasting gun or a cup wire brush. Before application, polyethylene wick can be used to support the jointing paste from below and to adjust its depth.
Components A and B are made ready for use by mixing with a drill at low speed (200-300 rpm) for 3-5 minutes.

- In the application to be made on the concrete surface, the concrete must be at least 28 days old and completely dry.
- The material should be protected against water for at least 24 hours after application.
