The application surfaces must be dry and clean. Concrete and plaster residues should be removed mechanically; oil, grease, fuel and paraffin wastes should be removed using chemical solvents. Damaged and unsound surfaces and cracks should be repaired with suitable products. After the repair, the surface should be primed with a suitable primer based on Epoxy or Polyurethane depending on the situation and then eile polyurethane sealant 200 should be applied.
The applied material should be protected against water and rain, external factors and mechanical stresses until cured. The use of polyethylene wicks prevents the polyurethane sealant 200 from adhering to the joint floors and keeps consumption under control. The size of the polyethylene wick should be larger than 20%-25% of the joint diameter. Joint width and depth should not be less than 5mm.
- Due to the long-lasting solvent odor, it should not be used indoors or the environment should be well ventilated.
- The surface temperature should be +5ºC. The material should be mixed with a special mixing device and tip that does not exceed 300 - 400 rpm, and mixing should not be done with a high speed drill.
- In cold weather, the packs should be stored at +15 ºC for at least 24 hours before use.
- Water vapor pressure should not be observed from the negative side on the application surfaces. In such a case, a special insulation should be applied before use.
- After application, the surface should be protected from water, rain, dew, snow, hail, etc. until it is completely dry.
- It should be taken into account that full mechanical and chemical strength will be achieved in 7 days.
Component A: 10 kg, Component B: 2 kg
It must be protected from water, frost and adverse weather conditions. Should be stored in a dry and cool environment (between +10 °C and +25 °C).
