features of product
- Rapid response and quick service return time
- Seamless coating
- 100% solid, contains no VOCs, solvent-free
- Provides a smooth surface by filling height differences on rough (voids, protrusions) surfaces
- Expands up to 4-5 times its original volume
- Allows application at desired thickness
- Usable on horizontal and vertical surfaces
- Water vapor permeability
- Excellent resistance to weather conditions

The surface must be solid and sufficiently strong. Application should not be done on low-quality screed concrete. The minimum compressive strength for the substrate should be 25 MPa, and the minimum adhesion strength should be 1.5 MPa. Concrete should be allowed to cure for at least 28 days before application on fresh concrete. Surface and ambient temperature should be between 5 °C and 35 °C. The humidity in the air should not exceed 85%. Be cautious of possible condensation on the surface. Application should not be done early in the morning. Application should not be done on frozen, thawing surfaces, or surfaces where rain is expected within 6-8 hours. The application surface should be clean and dry, and elements that could hinder adhesion should be removed. If necessary, weak concrete on the surface should be removed. Expansion joints on the surface should be insulated with suitable polyurethane-based filling material and expansion joint tape. For metal surface coatings, sanding and polishing should be done according to standards for corrosive areas.
The mixing ratio should be continuously monitored by checking the machine pressure bar to ensure it is correct. For color stability, an aliphatic topcoat should be applied. Aliphatic polyurethane paint, aliphatic polyurea system, or polyaspartic polyurea system can be used for the topcoat. The topcoat application should be completed within 0 – 12 hours after the main coat application.
Karışım Oranı: A / B by weight 112 / 100
Before starting application, Component B (amine resin) should be mixed in the barrel for at least 30 minutes until a homogeneous color is achieved. Mixing should continue during application. The temperature of Components A and B should be between 25-30 °C before application. Components should not be diluted in any way. Polyurea is applied to surfaces using a spray machine that operates at high pressure and temperature. Machine settings should be continuously monitored during application. Component (MDI Prepolymer) Temperature: 65 °C, Component B (Amine Resin) Temperature: 60 °C, Hose Temperature: 60 °C, Machine Pressure: 140-160 bar. After all preparations are complete, apply the polyurea to the surface in a minimum thickness of 2 mm, using two coats. The mixing ratio should be continuously monitored by checking the machine pressure bar to ensure it is correct.
- Do not add any other materials to POLYUREA 500.
- Opened packages should be completely used and not left unfinished.
- Do not dilute the material with any thinners.
- For areas continuously exposed to UV, the surface should be covered with an aliphatic polyurethane topcoat.
225 kg (A – MDI Prepolymer), 200 kg (B – Amine Resin)
Polyurea components are sensitive to moisture. Therefore, they should be stored in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging between +10 °C and +30 °C. Products should be kept in dry places away from direct sunlight.
