eile CURING AST

After resin-based, fresh concrete and concrete surface hardener applications; It is a curing material that prevents rapid water loss of concrete with the film layer it forms on the concrete surface.
areas of usage
- On parking lot and warehouse floors,
- In airport and field concretes,
- In surface hardener applications,
- For concrete pouring in hot weather
- Used on industrial floors.
features of product
- It prevents the concrete from dusting by creating a transparent and protective film layer on the concrete where it is applied.
- It provides a harder surface.
- It eliminates the need to water the concrete.
- The film layer it forms on the concrete surface where it is applied helps cement hydration by preserving the moisture in the concrete.
- It has water repellent properties.
- It ensures better adhesion of the coating materials to be applied later to the concrete surface.
- It reduces shrinkage cracks in concrete caused by rapid water loss during curing.

Eile CURING AST is applied homogeneously on freshly poured concrete by spraying or using a roller. The application is applied after the application of concrete and surface hardener, when the concrete surface has set sufficiently to prevent distortion, or after the molds have been removed. If it will be applied by spraying, care should be taken to ensure that the equipment is at low pressure.
- Eile CURING AST is recommended to be applied to the surface by spraying.
- Thickness differences during application may cause color differences. Therefore, it should be applied homogeneously.
- Since it contains solvents, there should be no smoking in storage and application areas, and it should be kept away from any source of fire. Storage and application areas should be ventilated.
- In closed area applications, the practitioner must rest in the open area at certain intervals.
