eile CURING 105

It is an acrylic emulsion-based concrete curing material that prevents rapid water loss on the freshly poured concrete surface and shrinkage cracks that may occur for this reason.
areas of usage
- In the curing of vertical and horizontal concrete elements.
- In airport and field concrete.
- In surface hardener applications.
- Concrete pouring in hot weather.
- It is used in concrete casting in places where humidity is low and evaporation is high.
- On parking lot and warehouse floors
- On industrial floors
features of product
- It provides a harder and dust-free surface.
- The film layer it forms on the concrete surface where it is applied prevents rapid water loss by preserving the moisture in the concrete.
- Concrete eliminates the need for irrigation.
- It helps cement hydration.
- It reduces shrinkage cracks caused by rapid water loss in concrete during curing.
- It does not contain solvents.
- Since it is acrylic-based, it does not hinder the applications on it.

Curing 105 is applied homogeneously on freshly poured concrete by spraying or using a roller. Following the application of concrete and surface hardener; It is applied when the concrete surface has set enough to not be distorted or after the molds have been dismantled. If it will be applied by spraying, care should be taken to ensure that the equipment is at low pressure.
- Ready to use, should not be diluted with water.
- It should be shaken well before use.
- It is recommended to apply to the surface by spraying.
- Thickness differences in Eile Curing 105 application may cause stain formation.
