The surface to be applied; It must be clean and free of oil, dirt and loose parts. Surfaces must have sufficient strength. Concrete must be resistant to a minimum of 25 N/mm² pressure and have a tensile strength of at least 1.5 N/mm². The surface must be dry and the humidity must not exceed 5%. If the moisture content on the concrete surface is above 5%, eile EPX 021 or eile EPX 022 should be used. Free particles on the surface must be completely cleaned and the surfaces must be roughened mechanically (blastrak or milling).
Component B should be poured into component A and there should be no material left in component B. The mixture is mixed with a low-speed mixer for 3-4 minutes until a homogeneous consistency is obtained and it is ready for use.

Eile EPX 260 is applied to the surface where Eile EPX 110 has been applied, as a leveling, repair and correction mortar, with a suitable notched trowel. While the surface on which eile EPX 260 has been applied is still wet, 0.1-0.3 mm or 0.3-0.7 mm quartz aggregate is sprinkled on it. Aggregates that have not adhered to the surface are swept away after 24 hours.
