eile EPX 110

areas of usage
- On concrete and cement mortars,
- It is used to increase adherence to non-absorbent surfaces.
- It can be used outdoors as a coating in places that are not exposed to load.
features of product
- It has low viscosity.
- It is easy to apply.
- It impregnates the concrete surface.

Surfaces must have sufficient strength. Concrete must be resistant to a minimum of 25 N/mm² pressure and have a tensile strength of at least 1.5 N/mm². The surface must be clean, smooth and dry, the humidity should not exceed 5%, free particles on the surface must be completely cleaned and the surfaces must be roughened mechanically (blastrak or milling).
Karışım Oranı: 4/1 by weight
Components A and B should be mixed with a low speed mixer for 3 minutes until they become homogeneous within themselves. The homogeneous mixture should be thoroughly absorbed into the surface with a roller or a suitable brush and applied to close the pores. If desired, application can be made with an airless gun. The age of the new concrete must be at least 4 weeks. Before applying the top coat, eile EPX 110 must be dried, the waiting period between coats must be observed, it can be walked on after approximately 24 hours at 20°C, and the surface should not be sandblasted after the application of eile EPX 110 primer.
- Application should not be done in extremely hot, windy and rainy weather; if the ambient temperature is above +10 °C and +30 °C.
- In applications to be carried out in extremely cold weather, ambient and ground temperature should be provided with the help of heaters.
- Application should be done by expert practitioners.
- In order for the entire material to cure, the ambient and ground temperature must be within the appropriate range.
- After coating, the surface should be protected from water contact for 24 hours.
- Application should not be done by hand.
