The application surface must be solid, supporting, dust-free and clean. Residues of substances such as oil, grease, paint, rust and paraffin that will reduce adherence should be removed; There should be no loose parts left. Oily surfaces should be cleaned with chemical cleaning materials. The moisture content of the floor concrete should not exceed 5%. If the humidity rate is above the specified value; Damp surface epoxy primer should be used on the application surface. The application surface must be primed with suitable primers (EPX 225, EPX 110) beforehand.
Components A and B should be mixed for at least 3-4 minutes with the help of a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, paying attention to the mixing ratios. After the first mixing, the mixture should be placed in a clean container and mixed again. After this process, the material is ready for use. (The product is ready for use after the first mixing. If it is applied by pouring it from the container, the free components that have not reacted on the ground will remain unsolidified.) The homogeneous mixture is applied to the surface with a suitable notched trowel that will determine the application thickness.

Application should be avoided below 10°C and in very humid environments. Mixing ratios should be taken into consideration. Before applying the top coat, epx 225 Primer must have completed its cure. - In extremely hot, windy and rainy weather; application should not be made if the ambient temperature is below +10 °C or above +30 °C.
- In applications to be carried out in extremely cold weather, ambient and ground temperature should be provided with the help of heaters.
- Application should be done by expert practitioners.
- In order for the entire material to cure, the ambient and ground temperature must be within the appropriate range.
- After coating, the surface should be protected from water contact for 24 hours. Application should not be made by hand.
