The application surface should be solid, bearing, dust-free and clean. Any rust, grease, oil, paint, curing residues should be removed as they may weaken the adherence. Also remove any loose pieces on the surface. Use POMEX WATERBOND if there is active water leakage on concrete surface. The corners and the edges should be chamfered with at least 4cm radius of the product eile TH 70. For the applications to be carried on steel surface. Add the eile EPX 018 component B into component A package slowly by mixing with a 400-600 cycle/min mixer until a homogenous mixture is achived.

eile EPX 018 can be applied with a roller or with a special spraying equipment. We recommend you to apply two layers of eile EPX 018
- The application ground and setting temperature should below +5°C and above +30°C, if the temperatures do not match these values wait until they do.
- For outdoor applications, protect the surface from sun, wind, frost or rain for the first 24 hours.
- The reaction times of epoxy based systems are affected by the temparatures of application settings and surfaces. Low temperatures increase reaction time and application time. High temperatures decrease reaction time and application time. So the application should between the specified temperature values.
